Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days upon receipt of item - please read specifications:

Vintage: If a vintage or antique item has been in any way misrepresented ( we try our best for accuracy but we are not always 100% certain of provenance or dates ), or if flaws have been overlooked and not described, we will refund your purchase, minus return shipping cost, upon return of item within 14 days. The item must be returned safely packaged and in its original condition. If the item is returned in damaged condition, no refund will be given. Buyer is to pay return shipping.

Jewelry: Jewelry refunds will be given in the case of a technical issue - for example in the case of a malfunctioning clasp, chain, or if an element comes unattached. We will repair the malfunction, or refund your purchase upon return of item within 14 days of receipt of item. The item must be returned safely packaged and in its original condition. If the item is returned in damaged condition, no refund will be given. We cannot accept returns due to "change of mind" or damage incurred by the customer, or be held responsible for loss through the post. Buyer is to pay return shipping.

Pottery: If you receive your item and are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase upon return of item within 14 days of receipt of item. The item must be returned safely packaged and in its original condition. If the item is returned in damaged condition, no refund will be given. Buyer is to pay return shipping.

Paintings: If you receive your item and are not satisfied, you may return it. We will refund your purchase upon return of item within 14 days of receipt of item. The item must be returned safely packaged and in its original condition. If the item is returned in damaged condition, no refund will be given. Buyer is to pay return shipping.

Be sure to contact us within 14 business days to arrange for returns and refunds. We provide tracking for orders. Please allow for the possibility of postal delays. Should your order arrive damaged, please take and send photos to us and we will refund you for the items. We can not refund you for lost or stolen packages.

Order Cancelations:

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order via email. If your order ships before changes have been made, please return item unused and safely packaged for a full refund.
